Keepers Eyewear products are packed to ensure your order arrives safely and will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will notify you within 24 hours. All parcels within Australia will be shipped by Australia Post "Parcel Post Plus" service. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of placing your order, please email us at info@keepers.net.au or use the contact form here.

Returns
If the product you ordered is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item/s and return the product to us with its original invoice for assessment to PO Box 374 Neutral Bay NSW 2089. If your Keepers are faulty, a replacement will be sent to you immediately.
If you have picked the wrong strength or colour and would like to exchange, simply send the item back to us with your original invoice and a note explaining what you would like instead. Please enclose a pre-paid, self-addressed satchel and we will exchange it for you.
